Application Procedures
All application procedures should be completed within 2 years, starting from the first submission date of the application form. Otherwise, the application will be deemed unsuccessful and the candidate will need to apply again.
Step 1 – Submission of Application
The candidate should apply through one of the following methods:
A. Online application
- The candidates should submit the online application forms and all the necessary supporting documents through the online platform.
- For registration of RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals, please log in to the individual account, and visit “My Account” --> “RCx Practitioner/ Professional Registration”, and select “Registration Type” to start the application.
- For registration of RCx Services Providers, please log in the company account, visit “My Account” --> “Services Providers Registration”, and select “Registration Type” to start the application.
B. By email
- Please click HERE to download the application forms.
- The candidate should submit the completed application form and all necessary supporting documents (soft copies) by email to [email protected]. Please use “Application for RCx Practitioner (Level 1)/ RCx Practitioner (Level 2)/ RCx Professional” as the email’s subject.
- Only online application will be accepted for the registration of RCx Services Provider. Please refer to the above A. Online application for the relevant steps.
Step 2 – Receipt of Application Number
Upon receipt of the application, an application number will be provided via email. The candidate should quote the application number in future enquiries to facilitate the process.
Step 3 – Document Checking by the HKGBC Secretariat
The HKGBC Secretariat will check the submitted documents against the registration requirements set up by the RCx Registration Committee. The candidate will receive feedback from the HKGBC Secretariat. The candidate may be asked to submit supplementary information whenever necessary.
Step 4 – Approval by the RCx Registration Committee
The RCx Registration Committee meeting will be organised for the approval of application. The meeting schedule is shown in the table below. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Submissions that are received after the application cut-off date will be handled in the next RCx Registration Committee meeting.

Step 5 – Announcement of Application Result
The successful candidate will receive a notification email, together with a Certificate of Registration (e-version) within two weeks after the RCx Registration Committee meeting. For registration of RCx Services Provider, the company will receive a Certificate of Registration through email after settling the registration fee.
Personal particulars, which are limited to name, organisation, job title etc., of the successful candidate will be displayed on the
RCx Directory for public view.
A registration number will be assigned to the successful candidate.
The RCx Practitioner and RCx Professional can log in to the individual account, and:
- Update personal particulars;
- Retrieve Certificate of Attendance of RCx training;
- Retrieve Certificate of Attendance of RCx examination;
- Retrieve Certificate of Registration;
- Download e-membership card;
- Settle registration or renewal fee;
- Upload CPD records; and
- Take CPD event.
