| Q1. | Am I eligible to enrol in the RCx training and examinations? |
Everyone is welcome to join the training and examinations. If candidates would like to register as RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals, it is recommended to review the relevant registration requirements before enrolment.

| Q2. | Do I need to complete RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 1) before attending RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 2)? |
| No, candidates do not need to complete RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 1) before attending RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 2) since the training and examinations are designed for industry practitioners in different positions.

| Q3. | When can I enrol the RCx training and examinations? |
| The enrolments will start around 1 month before the training. Please click HERE to view the available training and examinations.

| Q4. | How can I enrol the RCx training and examinations? |
| Please create an online account on this online platform, and click HERE to view the training and examinations that are available for enrolments.

| Q5. | Can I enrol the RCx training and examainations on behalf of someone? |
| Candidates are encouraged to create the online accounts (individual) by themselves. If assistance is needed, please click HERE to download the enrolment form (regular), and submit it to [email protected] for onward arrangement. Kindly note that enrolments will only be accepted when the training and examinations are officially open for enrolments.

| Q6. | How can I enjoy the early bird rate/ group discount? |
|
To enjoy the early bird rate, the enrolments should be submitted before the deadline of early bird rate. For group discount, the enrolments should be submitted in one batch. |

| Q7. | When should I settle the training fee? |
|
The invoices will be sent to candidates when the enrolments meet the minimum number. Please do not settle any payments before receiving the invoices. After receiving the invoices, please settle the payments as soon as possible. Upon receipts of payments, candidates can access the training materials through the online platform one week before the training.

| Q8. | When will I receive the official notification of examination result? |
The candidate will receive the official notification of examination result within 5 working days. Relevant certificate(s) will also attached herewith.

| Q9. | If I failed the RCx examination, how can I retake it? |
The candidate can retake the examination within 1 year, starting from the first examination date, by paying an additional examination fee. If the candidate fails to pass the examination within the 1 year, the candidate is required to retake both RCx training and examination and will need to make the necessary payment. The candidate can follow the instructions in the official notification of examination result and notify the HKGBC Secretariat for onward arrangement.
