Registration Maintenance (RCx Services Providers)
The following requirements (Registration Fee or Renewal Fee, Manpower Force, Project Reference and Business Registration Certificate) should be fulfilled by the RCx Services Providers so as to maintain their registrations.
Registration Fee
The registration fee for RCx Services Providers is on a 3-year basis, starting from 1 May 2025, it is on a 5-year basis. There is no waived period for the registration fee of RCx Services Provider. Companies must settle the registration fee within 21 days; otherwise, the registrations shall be deemed invalid. The registration fee can be settled by one-off payment only, and the registration fee for each type of RCx Services Providers is as follows:-

Renewal Fee
The renewal fee becomes applicable once the RCx Services Providers have settled all the registration fees. The renewal fee for RCx Services Providers is on a 3-year basis, starting from 1 May 2026, it is on a 5-year basis. Between 1 May 2025 and 30 April 2026, RCx Services Providers can choose to renew on a 3-year or 5-year basis. If the 1st renewal fee payment for the 5-year registration is settled before the expiry of registration, a 10% discount will be offered to RCx Services Providers. The renewal fee can be settled by one-off payment only, and the renewal fee for each type of RCx Services Providers is as follows:-

The RCx Services Providers should fulfil the following requirements on manpower force during the registration/ renewal period:-
Project Reference
The RCx Services Providers should provide project reference(s) for the renewal, and the relevant requirements for each type of RCx Services Providers are as follows:-
Business Registration Certificate
The RCx Services Providers should provide a valid Business Registration Certificate for the renewal.
Suspension of Registration
If the RCx Services Providers cannot filful the requirements (Registration Fee / Renewal Fee, Manpower Force, Project Reference or Business Registration Certificate), their registrations will be suspended, and the status on RCx Directory will be shown as "Inactive". The suspended RCx Services Providers have to fulfil the requirements within grace period in order to reactivate their registration, otherwise their registrations will be terminated. For relevant situations and grace periods, please refer to the table below:-
Termination of Registration
If the suspended RCx Services Providers cannot make up all outstanding renewal fees, manpower force, project references, or provide a valid Business Registration Certificate within the 2-year grace period, their registrations will be terminated. After termination, the services providers have to submit a new application for RCx Services Providers to reacquire the registrations.

Business Registration Certificate
The RCx Services Providers should provide a valid Business Registration Certificate for the renewal.
Suspension of Registration

Termination of Registration
If the suspended RCx Services Providers cannot make up all outstanding renewal fees, manpower force, project references, or provide a valid Business Registration Certificate within the 2-year grace period, their registrations will be terminated. After termination, the services providers have to submit a new application for RCx Services Providers to reacquire the registrations.
